CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of order is allowed “within 24 hours of placing the order, or till the status of the order is ‘Processing’ (i.e. before shipment is confirmed), whichever is earlier.”
Refunds will be issued to the same ‘bank account / card / wallet / UPI ID’ used for placing the order.
Note: For repeated prepaid order cancellation/RTO from one account or multiple accounts, we may deduct cancellation fee (₹100 or actual banking transaction fee, whichever is higher) along with actual shipping cost for all such orders from refundable amount.
RETURN POLICY
Return request can be initiated only ‘once per order’ and ‘within 7 (seven) days of delivery of the order’, given following conditions are satisfied:
Product(s) is/are not part of Excluded Category
Product(s) should be unused & unwashed
Product(s) is/are not custom altered
Refund in case of Return of product(s):
* Refund Amount = Price of the Product(s) – Applicable Return Fee
Customer would have the option of sending the product back by herself or avail reverse pickup facilitated via third party courier companies. In case, the customer opts to avail the reverse pickup by third party courier companies.

In case, reverse pickup by third party courier company is not feasible due to any reason, customer will have to send the product(s) back to our warehouse herself.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer can initiate exchange for product or size. Exchange request can be initiated only ‘once per order’ and ‘within 7 (seven) days of delivery of the order’, given following conditions are satisfied:
- Product(s) should be unused & unwashed
- Tags should be intact
- Product(s) is/are not purchased in sale/discounted price
- Product(s) is/are not custom altered, or
- Product(s) is/are not part of Excluded Category
Customer would have the option of sending the product back by herself or avail reverse pickup facilitated via third party courier companies. In case reverse pickup by third party courier company is not feasible due to any reason, customer will have to send the product(s) back to our warehouse herself and applicable Return Fee, if charged, will be added to the Refund Amount.

Exchange order is processed once the product(s) is/are received at our warehouse (a maximum of 20 working days after pickup) and pass(es) quality checks. Please note that reverse parcel take anywhere from 3-20 days after pickup to reach us.
CUSTOM TAILORED / ALTERED ITEMS
We will not accept return or exchange for custom sized items or items that have been altered in any way.
NON-ACCEPTANCE OF COD ORDERS
In case, customer does not accept the COD order after shipment, such customers may not be able to place COD order on our website in future or will have to compulsorily verify mobile numbers to place COD orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders (shipping out of India), there is no ‘Cancellation / Return / Exchange’ available.
Note: International order may incur additional import charges by foreign country’s government’s custom/relevant department. Though, usually there is no import charge for textiles. Customer will have to bear such charges.
